A: Back issues are not
part of a subscription order. However, when
available, back issues can be purchased though

A: Your subscription
expiry date is located after your account number.

What should I do if I receive an invoice and
I have already paid for my subscription?
A: It is possible that
your payment could cross in the mail with our
invoice. Check the date on the invoice to see
when it was mailed out. However, if you receive
an invoice more than six weeks after you have
paid, it may mean we have not received your
payment. In that case, please contact Customer
Service, 650-985-2530 or email us at mail@filipinasmag.com.

What if my copy of Filipinas Magazine arrives
late?
A: We do our best to
ensure timely delivery. You can expect to receive
your issues during the first to early second
week of each month. If you experience any delays,
please let us know and we will look into the
